الأطباء يحذرون: حالتهما على حافة الانهيار، وقد نفقدهما في أي لحظة بسبب النقص الحاد في الأدوية والمعدات

The twin girls, Saja and Ghazal Al-Rantisi (12 years old), are silently battling death after being diagnosed with severe thalassemia — a disease that has robbed their small bodies of any chance at a normal life.
They suffer from a dangerously enlarged spleen that could rupture at any moment, severe heart muscle weakness, brittle bones, and acute malnutrition, along with constantly low blood levels.
They lost their father to the same illness, and now they face the same fate without access to treatment, as all doors to recovery have been shut in Gaza’s overwhelmed hospitals.
Doctors warn: their condition is on the verge of collapse, and they could die at any moment due to the dire shortage of medicines and medical equipment.
Save Saja and Ghazal before the light fades from their eyes forever.
